I’m blissfully engaged! It’s true, my guy proposed on January 29th.

 Although I’ve shared the good news with essentially anyone who will listen (including the barista at the coffee shop we dropped by in route to Devil’s Thumb Ranch for a celebratory weekend) I’ve been on pins and needles to tell you.

I was waiting to announce the news to a bunch of friends at a party on Friday night. Each year, my guy creates a slideshow of friends’ pics capturing all the memorable moments of the past year. Friday night’s version included a couple extra slides—of our engagement!

I am so grateful to him and the brillant Christina Kiffney for these images. She hid in the bushes and captured our engagement without me even knowing she was there.They are so special—a timeless reminder of the moment that’s left my head in the clouds for the past week and a half!
