Favorite Things :: Twigs and Honey
Oh, how I love these… From the unstructured veil to the cluster of flowers to the simple veil or occasional feather, Twig and Honey’s new line is, for lack of a better word, breathtaking.

Take a look. Put down 5 dollars and buy a stack. Distribute in envelopes, secret corners, and unexpected spaces. Send love into the world. It could use it.

One of my favorite summer brides included a line in her vows about their wedding day being 480 some odd days since the couple’s first date. The line was touching and brought giggles from the wedding guests. It reminded me that we all count those days. We remember first kisses, first dates, and first impressions of our Love.
I love discovering new ways to make a couples’ wedding ceremony and reception uniquely them. So often it’s the little touches that make the day more memorable.
Posting the bride and groom’s names or initials on the wall behind their table.
In July I shared my love of Paperwink’s address stamps. This morning, while poking around the Internet I found another stamp company that’s just as great.
Sweetpaperie creates customized address and personal use stamps and labels. Their address designs are darling, but what really caught my eye were the monograms and personal stamps that would be perfect for use on wedding favor bags or boxes.
Take a look! Aren’t they great?
Sweet, classic, but modern address stamps:

While at dinner with some newly married friends a couple of months ago, I was introduced to Jessica Rust Designs. They received a set of her personalized mugs for their wedding and I was lucky enough to drink tea from one in their set. I fell in love and haven’t looked back.
There are no rules for what comprises a wedding dress—white or in color; long or short, train or not; strapless, halter or sweetheart. The only requirement is that you love it. One of these lovely dresses from Sarah Seven may just be “it.”
Now that you’re almost married, you might be thinking about the trip that takes you not to the chapel but the one you’re about to embark upon to change your last name. Or, maybe, like so many other lovely brides, you’ll keep the one you’ve always had.
Either way, perhaps you’ll indulge in a less-than-twenty dollar splurge on one of these little bits from Paperwink.
